Many times, all you need is a simple answer or an explanation with illustrations.
This page is the place to look first when you wonder how something works here at the NET Institute. It is a page that changes almost everytime someone asks a question, and which I respond to privately but also believe will help participants in the future.
You can always contact me directly by email ( rick@netinstitute.org) with your questions. And if I place your question here on this page, I will never use your name!
Thanks for your interest in the NET Institute!

QUESTION: The site is different than before. Can we still find all the courses and view them before we buy them, and view other info about the net?
You can still view all of the classes by clicking on the different links on the left side of the www.netinstitute.org webpage, under the label “Course Catalog and Resources”. When you click on an item in the catalog, you will be able to read the full description of each available course. If you want to register for a class, you select the ORDER button at the bottom of each course description page.
When you are ready to check out (and if you are a member of a cluster partner program) you will need to enter the Cluster Partner Discount code into the DISCOUNT COUPON box and then click the button RECALCULATE, before proceeding with the go-to-payments process of ordering/registering for your course. ALL current Cluster Partner participants will be receiving new Discount codes!
QUESTION: Do the four certification programs build on each other, or are they completely seperate courses of study?
Each program builds on one another. Like a freshman in college who completes required courses. When they become a sophomore, they just add more hours , or . (like English Literature, Algebra II, until they get their AA or BA). They just form the foundation for higher learning or higher certifications. Our Recovery Coach Program builds to the Addiction Studies Program, which builds to the Addiction Counseling Program, culminating with the Addiction Professional Program.
